  1. As all things are handmade, minor imperfections (small scratches / irregular paints) are not considered defects.
  2. All sales made are final and there shall be no exchanges / refunds.
  3. All ready stocks will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and will be sent via Singapore post tracking service.
